P\u0159ed v\u00edce ne\u017e pades\u00e1ti lety za\u010d\u00ednal Milo\u0161 Kvapil jako pilot, a to v dob\u011b, kdy \u010cesk\u00e9 aerolinie slavily 50 let. Pan Kvapil na tuto dobu vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 jako na z\u00e1zra\u010dnou, plnou neskute\u010dn\u00fdch z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f a technick\u00fdch pokrok\u016f. Fenom\u00e9nem doby byla vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed doprava. A\u0165 u\u017e po\u0161tovn\u00ed nebo dopravn\u00ed. Obl\u00edbenou trasou byly Praha a Karlovy Vary, nebo Ko\u0161ice a Karlovy Vary. Dokonce se l\u00e9talo i do Hole\u0161ova.<\/p>\n<p>Jak moc bylo tehdy t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 dostat se do \u010ceskoslovensk\u00fdch aerolini\u00ed? A co v\u0161e musel pilot splnit aby byl p\u0159ijat? Nutn\u00fd byl diplom obchodn\u00edho pilota a 500 nal\u00e9tan\u00fdch hodin. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 byli v\u0161ichni uchaze\u010di prov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1ni aby nap\u0159\u00edklad neemigrovali. Pokud srovn\u00e1me dne\u0161n\u00ed dobu a dobu tehdy, museli se piloti podle pana Kvapila u\u010dit o n\u011bco v\u00edc, podl\u00e9hali vojensk\u00fdm p\u0159edpis\u016fm a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se nemohli tolik spolehnout na technick\u00e9 vymo\u017eenosti. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b se hodn\u011b spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na kvalitu letadel, na automatizaci, avionizaci a dal\u0161\u00ed podobn\u00e9 v\u011bci. &#8222;Bohu\u017eel mo\u017en\u00e1 n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed piloti neum\u011bj\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b p\u0159ist\u00e1t, ale um\u011bj\u00ed hr\u00e1t po\u010d\u00edta\u010de.&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Milo\u0161 Kvapil. A to je ten rozd\u00edl proti tomu, jak to bylo tenkr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu, jestli v roce 1959 byla jedna smrteln\u00e1 nehoda asi na 200 000 hodin, tak dnes je ani ne jedna na 2 miliony letov\u00fdch hodin. V\u00fdvoj techniky je obrovsk\u00fd, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b po\u0159\u00e1d je\u0161t\u011b se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee 60-70 % v\u0161ech nehod je zp\u016fsobeno lidsk\u00fdm faktorem. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto se pan Kvapil u\u017e dlouho v\u011bnuje ve v\u00fdcvikov\u00e9m centrum krom\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u00edho technick\u00e9ho v\u00fdcviku tak\u00e9 v\u00fdcviku lidsk\u00e9ho faktoru.<\/p>\n<p>Letos si \u010cesk\u00e9 aerolinie p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed 100 let sv\u00e9 existence a \u0159ad\u00ed se tak mezi p\u011bt nejstar\u0161\u00edch leteck\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b. P\u0159ed sebou maj\u00ed spoustu pl\u00e1n\u016f. Byly doby, kdy jejich letadla l\u00e9tala do cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Tomu u\u017e tak bohu\u017eel nen\u00ed. Pan Kvapil zavzpom\u00edn\u00e1 i na tuto dobu. A jak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed pro aerolinie m\u00e1?
